Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working within a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP documentation and case management
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
• Skilled at adapting therapy approaches for a diverse adolescent and pre-teen population

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to a 5th-12th grade caseload, addressing fine motor skills, sensory needs, and daily living activities
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized goals, and maintain thorough records
• Consult and collaborate with teachers to integrate therapy recommendations into classroom routines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
• Offer guidance to staff and parents on supporting student growth and progress
