Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid OT license (or eligibility) in Washington State
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills for working with students, teachers, and families
  • Ability to provide assessments, develop treatment goals, and document progress effectively
  • Team-oriented mindset and flexibility in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ abilities and develop individualized plans for therapy and intervention
  • Deliver evidence-based OT services in alignment with students’ IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other related service providers
  • Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Help create adaptive strategies and modifications to support student success
