Occupational Therapist School Setting in Oneida, WI

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Wisconsin
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting
• Familiarity with IEP processes and student-centered care plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable to varying caseloads (details to be provided)
• Ability to work onsite for 37.5 hours per week throughout the academic year

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students' needs and develop individualized OT treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapeutic interventions in accordance with school goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families on strategies and progress
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student participation and independence
