Key Qualifications:

  • Valid California Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students, ensuring alignment with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and parents, to promote supportive learning environments
  • Deliver therapy sessions to improve students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records according to district and professional standards
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and provide guidance on accommodations that enhance student participation
