Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon
  • Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric therapy setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEPs and therapy documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual student needs
  • Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input to support students’ goals and success
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and legal standards
  • Offer consultation and strategies to teachers and parents for classroom modifications
