Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Active Occupational Therapy license in the relevant state
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
  • Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student needs and learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and adaptive functioning
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to maximize student success and ensure continuity of care
  • Provide guidance on strategies, equipment, and classroom accommodations to facilitate optimal student performance
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in multidisciplinary meetings as required
