Qualifications & Experience

  • Valid Occupational Therapy licensure (Illinois or eligibility for expedited licensure)
  • Experience or passion for working in school-based settings

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with IEP documentation and the ability to tailor interventions to a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide OT services two days a week at the elementary level and three days at the high school
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with school teams, families, and educators to support student success
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
  • Advocate for students’ needs across a split schedule, balancing workload efficiently
