What We’re Seeking:

• Active Occupational Therapist license valid in Kansas
• Experience working within school settings highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of pediatric and school-based OT practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage various caseloads and school environments
• Commitment to providing equitable and inclusive therapy for all students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services for students across five elementary campuses
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students’ functional participation in educational activities
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students with diverse needs
• Serve as a resource to families, advocating for access to supports and community resources
