About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive pediatric therapy team in the Leawood, Kansas area. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT looking for a flexible PRN role with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Position Highlights

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric clients.
• Work a minimum of 6 hours on Fridays.
• Opportunity for additional hours during the last two weeks of October.
• Provide coverage during Jewish holidays and the week of Thanksgiving as needed.
• Collaborate with families and other members of the multidisciplinary care team.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.
• Support children's functional, developmental, and participation goals.
• Begin with a 60-day contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
• Interviews available ASAP.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Kansas OT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• PRN availability required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping children develop greater independence and reach their developmental potential.
