• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Michigan
• Experience or strong skills in school-based, home health, and/or teletherapy occupational therapy environments
• Knowledge of early intervention strategies and best practices
• Exceptional communication skills with children, families, and educational or healthcare teams
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and scheduling efficiently

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting home-based occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for children birth to three
• Developing individualized plans aligned with each child's unique needs and family goals
• Providing direct therapy—both in-person and remotely—to stimulate developmental progress
• Collaborating with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Maintaining thorough records and compliance with state and federal requirements
