Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting early childhood development with a full-time position in a Birth to Three Home Visiting Program. You’ll deliver essential occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers, playing a vital role in their growth and progress. This role offers a consistent 40-hour week, running from 8 AM to 4 PM, beginning November 13, 2026, for an estimated duration of 12 weeks. Holidays are respected, with scheduled time off for Thanksgiving and a two-week break over the winter season.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapist license for Michigan
  • Experience in school-based and/or home health occupational therapy settings preferred
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery is a plus
  • Strong background working with early childhood populations, especially birth to three years
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • Skilled in assessment, documentation, and development of individualized intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct OT services through home visits to children and families enrolled in Early On programs
  • Develop therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each child’s developmental needs
  • Support families through caregiver coaching, modeling, and resources
  • Document all assessments, progress reports, and communications in compliance with program standards
  • Coordinate with educators, healthcare providers, and other specialists to optimize outcomes
  • Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities as necessary
