Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced educational environment
• Knowledge of IEP process and documentation requirements

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Assess and evaluate students’ needs and develop targeted intervention plans
• Collaborate with school teams and families to support students’ functional participation in the classroom
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress and compliance
• Contribute expertise at IEP meetings and offer recommendations for accommodations and modifications
• Serve as a resource to educators and support staff on best practices and strategies

This full-time contract position offers 8-hour shifts per day and extends through the end of the academic year.
