Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • Current California OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience providing OT services in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload of students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services as prescribed by students’ IEPs
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
  • Work closely with educators, families, and other therapists to support student goals
  • Adapt resources and strategies for students’ varying needs and abilities
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights

Position Details:

  • Contract role for the rest of the academic year
  • 8 hours per day, standard school schedule
