Qualifications/Skills:
- Valid California OT license or eligibility
- Previous experience with pediatric/elementary caseloads preferred
- Background in school-based therapy services
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide Occupational Therapy services to elementary-aged students for the first semester (August–December)
- Carry a full-time caseload, working 40 hours per week
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in student evaluations
