What We're Looking For:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Alabama
• Experience in school-based OT, home health, or other healthcare OT settings is highly valued
• Strong assessment, documentation, and individualized treatment planning skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Passion for empowering children and supporting inclusive classroom environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify students' needs
• Develop and implement engaging, evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each student
• Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in groups, supporting fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to integrate strategies into the classroom and home
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to IEP meetings and coordinate with the educational team regarding student goals and progress
