What we’re seeking:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials for Illinois
• Previous work in school, healthcare, home health, and/or teletherapy settings is highly valued
• Ability to develop engaging, individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Comfort with technology and virtual therapy platforms
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and compliance requirements

Key responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions for students with varying abilities
• Partner closely with IEP teams to set and monitor student goals
• Adapt therapy techniques for both in-person and virtual settings as needed
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and report outcomes
• Communicate strategies and recommendations to families and school staff
