Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Demonstrated background working in school settings
• Experience in home health or healthcare OT roles highly desirable
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices
• Previous COTA supervision experience is a plus
• Strong skills conducting evaluations and writing clear, actionable reports
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for students, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams
• Provide direct intervention services both in-person and virtually as needed
• Offer professional supervision, mentorship, and support to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Develop and implement targeted, individualized treatment plans that address each student’s needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful input to guide educational and therapeutic planning
• Document progress and outcomes, ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices
