In this contract role, you’ll have the chance to work 37.5 hours per week with K-12 caseloads, serving students at various developmental stages. Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience with school-based therapy or pediatric populations preferred
• Strong skills in fine and gross motor development, sensory integration, and adaptive strategies
• Knowledge of IEP processes, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ motor skills and develop targeted intervention plans
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor progress toward goals
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to integrate therapy into daily routines
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and maintain accurate reporting
• Provide training and resources to school staff and families to encourage skill development beyond your sessions
• Adapt therapeutic activities to fit diverse learning needs and environments
