Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Florida (or eligibility)
• Experience in a school setting - serving K-12 students preferred
• Proficiency with both fine motor and gross motor skill interventions
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy practices
• Collaborative spirit for working with educators, families, and other specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect OT services for students across K-12, according to IEP goals
• Evaluate and document students’ functional abilities in areas such as self-care, mobility, and sensory processing
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on fine motor, gross motor, and life skills
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support classroom participation and student progress
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all school and state policies
• Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development activities
