Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license for the state of Alaska
• TYPE C Certification required
• Previous experience in school-based OT practice preferred
• Approximately 1,000 minutes of student contact per week required (about 16 hours)
• In-person caseload only (no virtual/remote at this time)
• Preference given to candidates with Alaska certification

Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services as outlined in students’ IEPs
• Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and other professionals
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Adapt interventions to support student achievement and inclusion
• Engage in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
