This full-time position is available for an immediate start and extends through the 2025-2026 school year, spanning a 4-month duration. You'll be working with a diverse K-12 caseload—making a tangible difference for students of all ages and abilities.

Seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license/registration for California
  • Previous experience providing OT services in school settings
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and therapy documentation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
  • Ability to manage a varied K-12 caseload efficiently
  • Passion for promoting independence and success in the school environment

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Delivering occupational therapy interventions, both individually and in groups
  • Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Documenting student progress as required by school and district guidelines
  • Contributing insights during IEP meetings and consultations
  • Supporting faculty by providing training on strategies for classroom success
  • Advocating for student needs and tracking progress toward goals
