Your Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid California licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Prior experience working in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and goal development
• Capacity to administer and interpret standardized occupational therapy assessments
• Dedication to fostering student independence, participation, and confidence

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy sessions per students' IEPs
• Conduct thorough evaluations and provide engaging, effective treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain organized, accurate documentation of student progress and interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate recommendations to support each child’s success
