Key Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred

• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Available for a flexible schedule: 5 consecutive weeks full-time or 2 days per week from start date through the end of the school year

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver OT services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate students’ educational access and participation
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal standards
• Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and skill-building strategies
• Empower students to develop fine motor skills, sensory processing, organization, and self-care abilities
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
