The caseload includes approximately 22 students needing direct intervention and 13 receiving consultative support, giving you the chance to make a meaningful impact through both hands-on and collaborative approaches. Compensation for this role ranges from $55 to $70 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Knowledgeable in developing and implementing IEP goals for students with diverse needs
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to prioritize workload across multiple school settings
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students as identified in their IEPs
  • Conduct student assessments and participate in IEP meetings
  • Develop customized treatment plans and measure progress toward goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student access and inclusion
  • Offer consultative strategies and recommendations for classroom accommodations
