Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple locations
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to approximately 22 students
• Deliver consultative support for 13 students, guiding staff and families on best practices
• Assess and develop treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Travel between three nearby schools within the district
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for all students
