Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility for California licensure)
• Experience or interest in pediatric/school-based therapy
• Familiarity with K-12 populations
• Comfort managing a caseload of 35-40 students across multiple sites
• Experience with IEP documentation, particularly Siras/AbleSpace, a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct OT assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for K-12 students
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to implement services in accordance with student IEPs
• Travel between 2-3 designated schools as required
• Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation within IEP systems
