Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license (Colorado or eligibility for CO licensure)
  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Prior experience serving school-age populations, especially K-12 students
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to manage a part-time schedule and adapt to the needs of a school-based caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ motor, sensory, and functional skills in alignment with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create inclusive learning environments
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as a valued contributor
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions to support optimal growth for each student
  • Deliver consultative and direct interventions within classroom and small group settings
