Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT settings
- Ability to travel between sites; mileage reimbursement provided
- Comfortable providing in-person services to students
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, families, and students
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to different school environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs and 504 plans
- Assess student needs, develop treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation
- Work closely with special education teams, educators, and families to support student progress
- Travel between multiple schools in the Oroville and Paradise areas, providing services as scheduled
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
