School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Full-Time | Self-Contained SPED Program

We're seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to support a self-contained special education program serving students with a wide range of needs. This is a meaningful opportunity to work with a diverse student population and make a direct impact on functional independence and daily living skills.

Position Details:

Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Schedule: Full-time
Setting: School-based, self-contained SPED program
Student Ages: 3–22 years old
Caseload: Approximately 18–25 students

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy evaluations and direct services
Support students with activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and functional participation
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and related service providers
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state requirements

Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Experience working with special education populations strongly preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $39.46 to $59.46. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
