Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain) for the state
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in alignment with IEP requirements
• Deliver therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
• Consult and work collaboratively with teachers, school counselors, and families
• Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and make recommendations for adaptive equipment or classroom strategies
• Advocate for students’ independence and participation in school activities
