Key Qualifications:

  • Active California Occupational Therapist license
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based OT settings
  • Background working with K–12 populations
  • Proficient in delivering both direct and indirect occupational therapy services
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators and families

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and implement individualized intervention plans for a diverse caseload of K–12 students
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster students’ participation and success within the academic environment
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Attend IEP and multidisciplinary meetings, offering expertise in supporting student needs
  • Travel therapists may be eligible for stipends to assist with expenses
