Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Certification as an Occupational Therapist (OTR or equivalent)
• Recent experience working in a school setting with elementary, middle, or high school students is highly valued
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs
• Knowledge of current best practices in school-based occupational therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and set measurable goals
• Support student participation in classroom activities, self-care, and social interactions
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to integrate therapy strategies within educational plans
• Document progress and maintain timely and accurate records
