You’ll leverage your specialized skills in school-based occupational therapy—including experience or willingness to learn home health, teletherapy, and general healthcare environments—to help students achieve their goals and thrive in the classroom.
Role qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Background working in school settings is welcomed, but not required
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to address each student’s unique needs and monitor progress
- Deliver therapy services through in-person sessions at four distinct sites, with opportunities for teletherapy as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings when necessary
