Occupational Therapist School Setting in Patagonia, AZ

This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work across four school sites, supporting a caseload of approximately 60 students each week. You’ll leverage your specialized skills in school-based occupational therapy—including experience or willingness to learn home health, teletherapy, and general healthcare environments—to help students achieve their goals and thrive in the classroom.

Role qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Background working in school settings is welcomed, but not required
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to address each student’s unique needs and monitor progress
• Deliver therapy services through in-person sessions at four distinct sites, with opportunities for teletherapy as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings when necessary
