Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current state licensure and NBCOT certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience providing therapy in school environments preferred
- Comfortable working with elementary, middle, and high school students
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Self-starter with strong time management skills
- Commitment to supporting a wide range of needs within a mixed caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to individual student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student participation in the classroom
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district requirements
- Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment or strategies as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
