Step into a highly rewarding opportunity as a certified and licensed Occupational Therapist supporting a diverse student population. This full-time contract role runs from August 3, 2026, through June 4, 2027, offering you the chance to make a lasting impact within a school-based environment near Patton, CA. You’ll work with a mixed caseload of approximately 50-55 students, utilizing your expertise to support their development and educational success.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Current OT certification and state licensure required
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEPs, goal setting, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and other clinicians
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to a mixed caseload of students
  • Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to support classroom modifications and student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and complete required documentation
  • Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student development and recommended supports
