Your contributions will include:
- Delivering occupational therapy services to young students across multiple early childhood sites
- Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) collaborations with district staff to create impactful, tailored plans
- Supporting and guiding parents in their roles to facilitate students’ progress and development
- Partnering with home visitors to assist with ISSP or IEP implementation, ensuring seamless support in both classroom and home settings
- Traveling between three nearby sites as needed, with a primary home base to streamline your workflow
- Engaging proactively with multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes and foster an inclusive environment
Applicants should possess:
- Current licensure and credentials to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in school-based or pediatric environments, ideally serving children from birth to five
- Familiarity with early intervention frameworks, IEP processes, and collaborative practice
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capacity to manage schedules across multiple sites while maintaining high standards of care
