What We're Looking For:

• Valid OT licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state

• Flexibility to adjust to varying caseloads or school needs throughout the new school year

Your Day-to-Day:

• Assess students’ strengths and needs while documenting findings
• Develop and implement individualized school-based OT interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, special education personnel, and parents to integrate OT strategies into the classroom
• Monitor progress and modify plans as needed to meet changing student requirements
• Participate as an essential member of IEP teams, providing valuable input for student success
• Maintain accurate records and clear communication with all stakeholders
