Work with a dedicated group of students in grades K-12, supporting their growth and independence in an educational setting. This contract position is full-time, offering 40 hours per week with an 8-hour day schedule, and will run through May 27, 2027.

You'll focus solely on occupational therapy services without additional non-therapy duties, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best. Both direct and indirect services are considered part of your hours, providing variety in your day-to-day routine. Travel therapists may qualify for additional stipends, further enhancing the flexibility and value of this role.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with K-12 students
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Committed to supporting students' functional independence and academic success

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services (assessment, intervention, consultation) to students as outlined in individual education plans
  • Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to develop effective strategies
  • Complete documentation of services, progress notes, and required paperwork in a timely manner
  • Participate in eligibility, IEP, and team meetings as needed within scheduled hours
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local guidelines
