Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current and active state OT license (Illinois or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous pediatric and/or school-based experience highly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and quickly build rapport with students and staff

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services as outlined in student IEPs
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
