Qualifications:

  • Valid OT license (Illinois or eligible for reciprocity)
  • Recent experience in schools, pediatrics, or early childhood preferred
  • Ability to work and travel across three site locations
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially with IEP teams

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to children ages birth-5
  • Coordinate with district teams on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Support home visitors and assist parents within ISSP/IEP guidelines
  • Serve a caseload at three locations with one designated as your home base
  • Provide guidance and resources to empower parents in their supportive roles
