You’ll provide services across K-12 programs for a district with multiple sites and a broad reach, fostering students’ growth and enabling their success. This position covers extended school year and the full 26/27 academic term, offering the chance to build strong rapport with students and staff alike.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in New Hampshire, with strong school-based background preferred
  • Experience supporting children from kindergarten through high school in educational or therapeutic settings
  • Flexible mindset and adaptability to serve multiple campuses and diverse student needs
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Ability to create and implement individualized interventions while tracking student progress
  • Committed to evidence-based practices, inclusivity, and empowering student independence

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across varied grade levels
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing effective, personalized educational plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify student strengths and areas needing support
  • Collaborate with education teams to support accessible classroom environments
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and participate in multidisciplinary communications
  • Adjust approaches and service plans based on emerging needs or assessment findings
