What we’re looking for:

  • Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
  • Ability to deliver effective therapy in-person
  • Flexibility to serve in a PRN capacity (as needed basis)
  • Commitment to helping students achieve their therapeutic and educational goals
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing direct therapy sessions for students as part of the school’s OT program
  • Supporting ESY and compensatory service needs for eligible students
  • Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress
  • Collaborating with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
  • Adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Ensuring compliance with school and district policies, as well as professional standards
