Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with valid state credential
• Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs) and special education processes
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with school staff, students, and families
• Ability to adapt interventions to support diverse student needs and learning styles

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement adaptive strategies in the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute OT expertise and recommendations
