Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license for the state of Wisconsin
• Experience delivering OT services in schools, including IEP development and progress monitoring
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and tools for remote intervention
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other team members
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments, create targeted intervention plans, and document services efficiently
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Previous experience serving diverse student populations, including those with mild to moderate disabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students, on-site and via teletherapy as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized goals
• Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom participation and accommodations
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and federal guidelines
• Support students’ sensory, fine motor, and functional skills to optimize learning outcomes
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in school-based OT
