What we’re seeking:

• Successful completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Colorado OT license and ASHA certification
• Experience supporting fine and gross motor skills in school-aged children
• Comfort with multiple service delivery models, including individual sessions, group therapy, classroom interventions, and telehealth formats
• Familiarity with working alongside COTAs and collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff
• Previous work in school-based settings, healthcare, or home health strongly preferred

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at improving motor functions and adaptive skills
• Delivering therapy services through in-person, classroom-based, and teletherapy models
• Consulting and collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Documenting progress and preparing required reports in compliance with school and state protocols
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing ongoing recommendations for student success
