Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license (Alabama or eligible for licensure)
- Experience in school-based OT, including IEP development and implementation

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with a travel or itinerant model, serving multiple schools
Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services to students across 5 elementary schools, 1 middle school, and 1 high school within the county
- Assess and document students’ needs, progress, and goal attainment
- Develop targeted interventions in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Adjust therapy plans as needed, ensuring compliance with educational and therapeutic guidelines
- Manage time and travel efficiently across different campuses
- Support district-wide initiatives to improve student access to OT services
