Occupational Therapist School Setting in Philadelphia, PA

Exciting opportunity available for a dedicated Occupational Therapist ready to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant urban educational environment near Philadelphia, PA! This is a full-time contract position, providing 30 hours per week with a K-12 caseload. You’ll work onsite, collaborating with educators, students, and families to support student success from now through June 12, 2026.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Active Occupational Therapist license/certification in Pennsylvania
• Prior experience working in school-based settings
• Comfortable and confident working in an urban community
• Willingness to secure all required Pennsylvania clearances
• Ability to work onsite; remote/virtual not available
• Experience serving a broad K-12 caseload
• Must disclose district name to candidates
• Must submit current licensure when applying
• No COTAs for this opening
• Prepared to participate in a Zoom interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and address students’ occupational therapy needs to help them achieve academic and developmental goals
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct intervention services to students in accordance with IEPs and school policies
• Document progress, communicate with families and staff, and contribute to eligibility and IEP meetings
• Deliver services sensitively and effectively in a diverse, urban educational setting
