Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school settings
• Previous work with low incidence populations, including students with autism, multiple disabilities, and significant support needs
• Strong organizational skills—able to balance therapy, collaboration, and thorough documentation for a diverse caseload
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet individualized education plan (IEP) goals
• Excellent communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored for students in grades K–age 22, focusing on enhancing participation and functional skills
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized and group therapy sessions
