Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
  • Active Arizona OT license (OT/R)
  • IVP fingerprint clearance card required (time-sensitive for credentialing)
  • Experience or interest in working within school settings (Pre-K–12th grade focus)
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans to promote their educational participation
  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services and consult with teachers and other educational staff
  • Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student success plans
  • Work on-site, providing services across multiple campuses (school assignments to be determined)
  • Manage a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday
