Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy state license (required)
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (required at start)
• Recent experience providing OT services in school settings, preferably across a range of grade levels
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and care teams
• Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and needs
• Passion for supporting diverse learners and implementing evidence-based practices

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions to students in PreK-8th grade
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educational teams
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely reports in line with school requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an integral member of multidisciplinary teams
• Educate and consult with staff and families on strategies to promote student success
• Support students in achieving their fullest potential within an educational setting
