Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy state license (required)
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (required at start)
- Recent experience providing OT services in school settings, preferably across a range of grade levels
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and care teams
- Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and needs
- Passion for supporting diverse learners and implementing evidence-based practices
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions to students in PreK-8th grade
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educational teams
- Maintain thorough documentation and timely reports in line with school requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an integral member of multidisciplinary teams
- Educate and consult with staff and families on strategies to promote student success
- Support students in achieving their fullest potential within an educational setting
