Desired Qualifications:

  • Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred

  • Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans for diverse learners
  • Dedication to fostering growth, independence, and learning for every student

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students per IEP requirements
  • Participate in student support and IEP meetings as a valued team contributor
  • Maintain clear records and documentation aligned with school and state standards
  • Educate and support staff, students, and families on adaptive strategies and tools
  • Utilize creativity and problem-solving to help students overcome challenges in the classroom
