Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• Prior experience in schools or pediatrics preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and strengths
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services within classrooms and individualized sessions
• Collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and parents
• Document progress and adapt interventions for optimal outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Stay current with best practices and professional standards
