Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for California
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong ability to assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ capabilities and needs, recommending and implementing individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ educational and functional goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed documentation of interventions and progress
• Offer recommendations and strategies for classroom modifications or adaptive equipment when needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
