What we’re seeking:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Pennsylvania
- Knowledge of school-based OT practices
- Experience (or strong interest) working with early childhood populations
- Familiarity with providing therapeutic services in educational settings
- Capable of securing required Pennsylvania clearances (or willing to obtain before start)
- Comfortable engaging in a virtual (Zoom) interview process
- Previous schools experience strongly preferred
In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver individualized and group OT services to preschool and elementary-aged students
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create effective intervention plans
- Complete assessments, documentation, and reports within required timelines
- Support classroom strategies to improve fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to positive learning outcomes for all students
- Adapt approaches to meet the unique needs of a diverse early childhood caseload
