School Occupational Therapist - Placerville, California

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
• Previous experience within school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively with K-12 students of varying needs and abilities
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities related to classroom participation
• Develop and implement tailored OT interventions to address IEP goals
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to meet individual student needs
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide consultation and resources to school staff for supporting students’ success
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
