What we’re looking for:

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Direct experience or enthusiasm for working in schools, particularly with elementary-aged children
• Comfort adapting to both resource and self-contained classroom environments
• Proactive communicator, open to collaboration and teamwork
• Commitment to ongoing learning and best practices in school-based therapy

Your role will include:

• Delivering occupational therapy services to elementary students with diverse needs
• Collaborating during monthly meetings and roundtable discussions to share best practices
• Utilizing well-stocked equipment, testing materials, and real-time digital connection with peers
• Participating in a supportive “Buddy Program” designed for thorough orientation and smooth transition
• Engaging in regular check-ins and annual performance reviews to foster professional growth
• Taking an active part in process improvement initiatives to shape effective service delivery
